Mid-Michigan Motorcyclist was incorporated in October 1994 by disgruntled members of a local factory sponsored riding group. At our very first meeting dues were collected, by-laws written, officers elected -- we were in business. By the end of December 1994 we had over 200 members. Our thought was simple; we would affiliate ourselves with no business, group or individual and would encourage group participation, not demand it. Our idea is to share our enthusiasm for motorcycling without any politics and have adopted an unofficial slogan "Live to Ride, Ride to Eat".
